 Returns and Warranty Policy

Clear information about made-to-order production, warranty coverage, and technical service.

 Made to order

Each Scalar Wave Lab system is made to order within our existing product line.

We are not an industrial mass-production company. Each unit is carefully handcrafted using high-quality materials and a precise assembly process. This aligns with Scalar Wave Lab’s positioning as handcrafted bioelectric technology designed for a more complete practice.

Because each system is built on demand, once payment has been made, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Every order represents an individual production process started specifically for the person or practice placing the order.

12-month warranty

All Scalar Wave Lab systems include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.


During this warranty period, Scalar Wave Lab covers the repair or replacement of components affected by faults related to the manufacturing process, including the corresponding labor.


Important note
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions whenever service is required.


The warranty does not cover
Incorrect installation
Improper use
Unauthorized modifications
Accidents
Normal wear over time
Additional limitation


Scalar Wave Lab is not responsible for damage that occurs during transportation, courier handling, or customs inspection processes.


Warranty protection
Any intervention by third parties not authorized by Scalar Wave Lab automatically voids the warranty.

 Before shipping

 Each device is assembled, tested, and verified before leaving the workshop.


Our team performs complete electrical checks to confirm the system’s stability and proper operation. This matches the brand’s emphasis on technical verification, controlled conditions, and a more stable and usable professional system.


Packaging is designed to help protect the unit during transport and includes grounding and care instructions intended to preserve the system’s integrity.

 Technical service

Technical service is available for repairs outside the warranty period.

Users may send their system to Scalar Wave Lab for inspection and service directly in our workshop.

When possible, we may also send a replacement component along with detailed instructions so the repair can be carried out safely and in an authorized manner.

Technical service is billed separately, and pricing is quoted based on the nature of the work required or the component to be replaced.
